My name is Frank ______. I am a truck driver and currently driving for U.S. Xpress, a company out of Chattanooga, TN. I am where I am thanks to the wonderful people of WI CEP. My new job has allowed me to see the country from coast to coast and everything in between. This would not have been possible had it not been for two wonderful people. Thank you for coming to Mercer School to give me a mock interview. The interview showed me that the interviewee has to know the company well...It showed me the proper way to walk into an interview, as well as how to respond to some of the tougher questions. I also learned the proper way to negotiate a preliminary salary in a first interview...
One again, I appreciate all that you have done to help me prepare for getting a career job.

I am writing to you in reference to the Job fit System we are utilizing at Mellen Manor. I really like the ability to better match job applicants with a particular job. In having my key employees take the assessment, it has helped me to understand their job performance. I know what the job requirements are and these assessments really help me to see how well someone may or may not do in a position. I am able to go on-line when looking for a person to fill an open position and can see how that person would fit, based on interests, attributes, etc.
I think it is a great program and can really help us to reduce turnover by finding the right person for the right position.
